The food ranges from elevated classics to modern cuisine, using fresh, organic ingredients grown on site from the chef’s garden. Established Chef Matt Johnson has been cooking at the ranch for almost 15 years and his delicious food is complimented by the charming on site sommelier, Tristan Pitre, who’s young light-hearted approach pairs the expansive collection of old world and new year wines. Guests can choose to dine under the stars next to warm fireplaces and twinkling lights amongst the trees that surround them; or indoors for a cozy, romantic ambience midst exposed stone walls, stained glass windows and rough-hewn wood beams. There is also the option for private dining in the Old Adobe, which dates back to 1825 – providing a dining experience encapsulating rustic elegance.

Each cottage is unique, with different designs curated by the owner himself. Four poster beds, luxurious bathrooms, outdoor showers and a jacuzzi are on offer in every cottage, with some boasting their own private swimming pools.
