Local Belgian ingredients – codfish, venison, Peking Duroc bacon – incredibly presented in a contemporary manner inspired by the Flanders region as well as the seasoned World Flavors. The isomalt egg crunched with smoked salmon and the sea bass with bouillabaisse is worth going out. Very good wines from Italy, Spain and France were suggested to enhance the different plates. The delicious chef dessert perfectly concludes the dinner.
